At Eratage Interiors, we are committed to delivering your items in a timely manner. Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

We use reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping physical goods. The carrier will depend on the size of your order and your location.
For local delivery (within the Dublin, OH area), we may offer direct drop-off or local delivery options.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout, but most packages are delivered within 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays).

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information to help you monitor your package.
You can use the tracking number provided to locate your shipment and check the delivery status.

We do not offer direct exchanges, but if the item is damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to replace it for you.

For our virtual styling services and digital goods, here's what you need to know:

After placing your order, we will reach out to you via email and/or phone within 1-3 business days to provide you with instructions on what we need from you to begin designing your space.
We will contact you again via email and/or phone within 1-3 business days after receiving your submissions to confirm your requested time slot or if needed, re-schedule your virtual call.
Your design packet will be delivered to you via email as a PDF within 45 days from the date of our virtual call.

After signing up for our newsletter, you’ll receive an email from us containing a link to download our free resource as a PDF.
